We are not really asking for people’s comments on the above video so much, but rather the question at hand. Why the sudden upsurge in healings? Has something important changed? Is this a permanent shift? We would appreciate your thoughts.

We would welcome your thoughts on this topic, my friends.

As a person learning my bible and discernment do we seek the giver or the gift. As you said your self to many false teachers and people who just want a spiritual fix like on the kundalini videos you did

There has been a shift at least among the leaders here in KC. All of the anointing appears to have increased. The active presence of the Lord is upon us 24×7 and He is moving the leaders in our local church as if we were one person. We are all amazed and stand in awe of Him. Our sense is that He is preparing for something, preparing us. Our unified reply is “Make us ready!” We are indeed ready. Bring it Lord!

    In christ

Well Stephen – we have to glorify Jesus with whatever gift we have. That is very clear.

But let us see what other people have to say.

  5. We’ve been seeing them a lot over in Africa for the last 12 yrs. But coming home to America was like going from fire to ice, as if Someone turned off the switch. I am talking about every illness you can mention – from blindness to comas, broken bones, etc. Here in America, I’ve only experienced a few cancer healings and one out of comatose.
I don’t like to “figure things out” as a general rule because you can wind up running down an incorrect path too easily, but the thing that I see as the biggest difference is not an increase in miracles, but a difference in desperate need for God. In Africa, they will walk 12 hours to hear the Word of God because they need Him so desperately, whereas here in the West, we don’t.
Is that sense of desperate need growing? Perhaps as we begin to turn our focus away from this world’s goods and begin to seek God with a new-found intensity, His response will grow in kind.
    One can hope …

Definitely a HUGE increase in miracles around the world. But why? I believe it’s because more and more people are believing. We no longer know Jesus as just our Saviour, we now know him as healer as well, along with many other things. Like in Nazareth, for so long Jesus couldn’t perform many miracles because we simply didn’t believe. Now more and more are believing, giving God increasingly more opportunities to reveal his heart for those who are sick and as a result each day many more are being healed. It’s an exciting time to be a son.

  7. My prophetic spirit agrees with so many prophetic voices that God is beginning to stir up the greatest revival ever. Do we not so desperately need it? The greatest fulfillment of Joel’s prophesy that God will pour out his Spirit upon all flesh. We are also getting ready to see the fulfillment of other whole chapters of prophetic scriptures:

. Ezekiel 34, the judgment of the shepherds, the Good Shepherd himself gathering all of his sheep into one fold, and his judgment between cattle and cattle, of the rams and the he goats, the fat cattle and the lean cattle.

. All of the Lord’s sheep will become one in fulfillment of Jesus’ prayer in John 17, that the world may believe that God has sent him.

. Ezekiel 37, where the dry, scattered bones of the church will be assembled into a mighty army because God intends to glorify himself and Jesus IN his saints during the last days.

. Isaiah 60, “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.”

. Isaiah 54, “Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord. Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.”

. Isaiah 35, “Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you. Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.”

Andrew, you and other ministers of the gospel are being obedient to the Lord’s command, “And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.” (Mat. 10:7-8) This is the way the gospel is supposed to be presented to the world, with all of these miraculous signs being performed. In Ezekiel 34, the Lord expresses his anger at the shepherds because “The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.” Is this not so in the present day and, sadly, for a very, very long time?

I believe that I, a lame man, shall leap as an hart! And very soon! I have suffered all my life from a hereditary, slowly progressive paralysis of my feet, legs and hands. I am 65 years old, and it has been over 44 years since my born again experience and calling by God. Please pray for me that this oppression of the devil (Acts 10:38) will finally come to an end, so that I can join the army of redeemed ones proclaiming the glorious works of our Lord and Savior, showing the evidence in my own body!

For years, I have looked to the ancient prophecies of an End-Time revival, or “great harvest” (of souls). And I have examined one in great detail, the Revel. 12 prophecy of The Woman & The Fully-Grown Son, a male. (literal translation of the Greek ‘huios arsen’ (KJV says ‘man child’).
The “Woman” represents the born-again Christian church as a whole (“clothed with the sun” –Psalm 84:11, Mal. 4:2). The “fully-grown son” represents a group of fully matured saints WITHIN the church, who then become distinctly SEPARATE from the church although they are/were part of her and share her “DNA”. Interesting that when the “rapture” is mentioned in verse 5, (harpadzo, in Greek, ‘caught up’) the “child” is THEN called “teknon”– which means, Baby, or Infant! I can only say that must be that these people will be looking to the Lord in wide-eyed innocent trust like an infant does to its parent… BORN, or brought forth as a Full Grown son… but caught up to God as a “baby”…!

John writes that ALL SEVEN of the Heads of the dragon, are Crowned. (In Revel. 13:1, the Ten Horns are crowned, but they aren’t in 12:3) Since the clue in 17:9-10 is that the Seven are five that have fallen (Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece) and one is (Rome, at the time John was writing), and One is YET TO COME (I assume that means a one-world government)– I would think that the “birth of the Fully-Grown Son” from “the Woman” would take place WHEN there is a semblance of a One World Government, but that it isn’t in full power as its “ten horns” wouldn’t have been empowered.
Well — that hasn’t happened yet.
BUT, this “Last Reformation” movement is quite “out of churches” isn’t it… on the streets… not regarding the Christian religious institutions and denominations…
Could it be the very beginnings of the birthing process?
Revel. 12:2 says that the Woman “cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.” Is the Church as a whole in this state? Wanting to bring forth a people that is more than the sum of its component ministries, programs, schools, etc. ?
The idea of ‘huios’ means: a fully grown, mature son, who is ready to take his place beside his father in business. Then John writes in , “a male”. Obviously a son would be a male. So why is that in there? Because normally, it was the males who received Inheritance and took over the family business.
In the Scriptures, “the Bride” is a singular noun: but, we know it comprises both females and males in the Kingdom of God, those who are deeply in love with Him, more than just the “wedding guests”, more than just the “ten virgins” (five wise and five foolish) who were equivalent to our modern bridesmaids.
In Ephesians 4:13 Paul writes “until WE (plural) all come into a unity of the faith, unto the full knowledge of the Son of God, unto a “perfect man” (singular). Perfect, meaning Mature, complete, whole. (not, flawless).
And in II Thess. 2:7 Paul uses the singular term “he” again.
“For the hidden secret (that is exposed to those on the inside) of Lawlessness is already at work: only, ‘he who restrains’ will continue to restrain, until he is TAKEN OUT of the midst.”
These are all different facets of the same spiritual truth: that God is calling all who will respond to Him, to go deeper in maturity, by surrendering and yielding their hearts in the fullness of His righteousness and holiness… until they literally become separate from the main church world –not by a critical spirit of separation, but by coming into being full grown sons– and the Lord will do a Short Work… and then Take Them.
I want to be in this group… I want to be counted by the Lord as fully yielding my heart unto Him to be transformed into His image and likeness, to be fully ‘in Christ’, to have a pure heart “that I may see God” (Matthew 5:8).
Could THIS– “the Last Reformation”– be the very beginnings of this…?

  9. Clare Watts May 18th 2016

Is this the full “cycle” where we return to being the church that Jesus intended us to be? – a fluid body of believers who are members of the Church of Smithtown, or Jonesfield or Wherever it is that we live? – the church that has no name, no “handle”, no “doctrine” except that of Scripture….? Is this the revelation of Jesus Christ TRULY to the world in all of His glory?…..UNDENIABLE by the witness of those who have been TOUCHED, HEALED, MADE WHOLE for the unbelieving world to see, and be silenced. This is the simplicity of Christ – His power, His love, His glory revealed by those who possess it. The Sunday Only church-building-goers will stand amazed at what they have been lacking – the Spirit, the POWER of God Who, like the wind, blows where He may. Those who are being touched by Him, WILL SEE God. This may be the very time when hearts will be turned back to Him, in great numbers, until every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ IS LORD!. Amen.

I do believe the Latter Rain is falling to complete the harvest. This is the reason for the acceleration of Supernatural activity taking place at this time.

  13. Adrian Bury May 18th 2016

I live in Hungary and I’d say things are definitely shifting here. Starting this year, there is more happening, healing, deliverance, salvation, but the dark side is fighting back too. Spiritual battle is hotting up, but we are looking forward to many being saved.

  14. I live in eastern USA seems like Satan has a real grip on this area. I feel like the healing needs to begin in marriages first. Could God be holding back on the physical Healing untill the family healings take place?

  15. I see the shift here in North Carolina also. At the same time I am also noticing an increased emphasis on “believing”. We say we believe but do we really? The word declares throughout the bible; ‘How can you say you believe and do not do as I say’ …. and certainly implies that the lack of belief is disobedience.

When we pray for some one do we really expect healing?, or (if we don’t see healing right away) are we prone to say one of these two things; (1) “He/she doesn’t have enough faith to be healed”, or (2) “God heals in His own time”. While the first statement comes across to me as blasphemy and puts the excuse on the person being prayed for, the second comes across as non-belief and putting off the healing on the part of the prayer.

In the bible I see two ways of belief as it pertains to healing. First, the faith of the sick person, the one needing healing. If they have sufficient faith then God can and will heal them based upon that faith/belief. Second, If faith/belief is lacking on the part of the sick person, the faith/belief of the prayer can heal (i.e., “ask any thing ….). I also see something in the scripture where it can be important for the person needing to be healed to ask the elders … and not the elders ask the sick person.

My point is that there appears to be many levels to belief. The man told Jesus; I believe, Lord help my unbelief”. I believe that the church is beginning to believe “more” and expect “more”. In every case Jesus healed ALL who came to Him. Plus, the healings in the bible were generally immediate or within a very short time period. IMO, that should also be our expectation.

My heart says that we must quit making excuses and blaming God for what is not being done. He gave US authority. It’s about time we accepted it and took responsibility for our unbelief and strive to believe more. “Lord help my unbelief”!

  16. Hope I don’t rain on your parade too much. The first comment from Stephen Boyce is the most accurate. “Do we seek the giver or the gift?” Priority #1 is not healings, deliverances, good teachings (which are rare), wonderful praise songs, etc. They may make us “feel” good. But the Lord is not looking for gifts; He is looking for fruit. Apparently, few understand God’s purpose for creating man. I do not see another true “revival” until the Lord returns. Christians at all levels are still hung up on what’s in it for me, what makes me “feel” good, etc.We need to understand 2 Timothy 1:9, where His purpose precedes even His grace to us. Priority #1 is understanding His purpose for man and walking in that purpose. Scripturally, the false always emerges before the true. I see increases in healings, deliverances, etc. as a potential snare to re-direct our attention away from God’s eternal purpose for man. This is the hour when the Lord is even scattering His remnant physically so that no man can claim any glory and so that we must depend wholly on the Lord. The Lord told Elijah that He had 7,000 more that Elijah did not know about. The Lord never allowed Elijah to meet one of those 7,000. So shall it be in these end times.

  17. I would like to hear from Andrew, what does the Bible
say about the revival we are now talking about?

John England mentioned few but are those prophecies
    of Israel?

  18. When sin abounds, grace abounds all the more. And as sin increases in the world, as people turn away from God, as people revel in the flesh and the corruption of it, scripture promises that grace will abound all the more. And I believe that is what we are seeing.

When I lived in NYC, we saw things I have not seen since. Angels appeared to help people, to tell them to turn in a different direction, get off a street, or whatever. They appeared to Christians with messages from God, and it wasn’t that uncommon. This was in the mid-late 70’s. But NYC was a dangerous city at the time, and so God poured out his grace on his people and assisted us in ways I have not see since I left NYC. Many many stories of visitations and miracles in what was then a big sinful mess (and still is).

I recently saw a healing of a mole, instantaneously. It was there, this big black dangerous looking thing, and after prayer and some spiritual warfare, the mole completely disappeared as if it had fallen off, but with no sign on the flesh that it had ever been there. It stunned everyone, because it was so fast. So, nothing would surprise me.

  19. Steven: Jesus commanded his disciples to go, heal the sick, preach the gospel, etc. So, this is His will. We are not so “seek”, we are to “do”. By faith. As a part of living the Christian life. I don’t think that means we are seeking miracles and gifts. I see it as obedience, if done in God’s order.

  20. I believe there is an increase because more people are out doing it. (God working through their obedience to go and do as Jesus commanded)

Secondly, we hear about it more because of the technology we have today – social media, emails, etc.
Reports of what we are seeing and hearing are more accessible than ever before.

  21. Andrew May 18th 2016

In answer to the doubters, personally I have long been known as a “Repentance” preacher. But I am finding lately that the word of repentance has much more impact when it is accompanied by miracles and healings, etc.

This is totally biblical. It is exactly how Jesus and the apostles operated.

    Bless you!

    Andrew Strom

  22. We have a small pray group that meets once a week. We only pray from our home, not on the street, but within the last year Jesus has given us quite a few healings as answered prayers. A man has been healed of leukemia, a woman was healed of a sever stroke, a little boy covered in warts had them all dry up and fall off, skin cancer has disappeared, a woman with lung cancer has been healed, and the healings go on and on…too many to list them all. I have read about moves of God like this in past generations but I have never been a part of anything like this before. I thank and praise God for allowing me to be a part of such a wonderful blessing.

  23. Absolutely miracles happen today. What about the “last” revival ?
    Is it from the Bible?

  24. Andrew May 18th 2016

I believe the New Testament promises us a last “harvest” and that the Holy Spirit will be poured out on “all flesh” in the last days. (Acts 2).
Beyond that I believe it will be a “remnant” and also a glorious ‘bride’ that will glorify Jesus.

These are all biblical concepts in my view.

    Bless you!

    Andrew Strom

  25. I am delighted that God is granting healings and miracles to be done to confirm the Word, here in what certainly seems like the last days, and when the world is lost in pluralism yet looking for reality.
So the question is, what does it take for someone like me to be used by God in such a way here in this place?

  26. Marilyn C May 19th 2016

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the opportunity to share our thoughts on this great move of God.

Now I see this last reformation move as the beginning of the final maturing of the Body. Over many years the Holy Spirit has led the Body of Christ into truths – Salvation, baptism in water, infilling of the Holy Spirit, giftings of the Holy Spirit, the ministry gifts of Christ, evangelist, pastor, teacher, prophet, apostle.

The final maturing, I believe involves all of this to come together through the Body under the Lordship of Christ. (leaders for facilitating, equipping & mentoring)

As each part of the Body is brought into its rightful place then we will see each believer `holding fast to the head from whom all the Body, nourished & knit together by joints & ligaments, grows with the increase which is from God.` (Col. 2: 18 & 19)

So after this wave across the world empowering the believers, then a new wave of authoritative teaching will come bringing clarity where there was confusion – “tossed to & fro by every wind of doctrine.` (Eph. 4: 14)

With this `authority` from the Head will come the greatest onslaught by the enemy as he does not want the Body of Christ to come to full maturity.

    regards, Marilyn.

  27. Melinda May 19th 2016

I’ve had the DISTINCT impression for the last year that God is SHAKING us by the shoulders — WAKE UP! WAKE UP! He’s shaking the church. Shaking unbelievers and scoffers. I’M HERE! I’M REAL AND EXIST! I LOVE YOU! I’M TOUCHING YOU BY HEALING YOU! TURN TO ME! OBEY MY WORD! And escape the hour of trial which is about to come upon the earth.

  28. ValleyAnt May 19th 2016

John England, may God heal you of that hereditary disease soon, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Lots of useful information in the comments here. I wish I could respond to each one. I’m reminded of what Stephen Boyce, Dale Garris, and Bob Padgett said.

In relating to what Dale Garris said, I’ve lived in Africa and currently live in America. The amount of unbelief and pride in America is extremely impressive and ceaselessly fights against God and the knowledge and experience of Him. Jesus didn’t do miracles when people drove Him out and wouldn’t allow Him to (in His hometown and in the region of Gadara); this is what I see as the summary of the lack of the miraculous we have here in American churches.

Bob Padgett, you said that God never allowed Elijah to meet “one of those 7,000”. Are you sure? Weren’t Elisha and the company/school of the prophets whom Elijah related to “one of the 7,000”? I would say that they were. But I agree with your assessment of the matter at hand. You said, “Scripturally, the false always emerges before the true.” I also get the feeling that this increase in miracles is partially meant to refine or reveal the hearts of believers– to separate wheat from chaff.

People may mull over miracles, sigh about signs, and wonder after wonders; but God is still after that primary and ancient task of reviving people’s hearts and reforming their thinking more than He desires to produce miracles that will make people feel good. As in the days of Moses and Israel, so now: “He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel” (Ps. 103:7). It seems that only a few will seek to know the God of Miracles while most will be enthralled by the miraculous itself, leaving themselves vulnerable to the false Christs and prophets who will do many lying signs and wonders to deceive many in these last days.

  29. Perhaps a big pile of medical certificates might be more convincing to sinners than testemonies.

  30. Overall I think we are as a whole in a higher place of expectancy, higher because we are exercising our faith more.
How… as Torben has mentioned faith is like a muscle, and when we start seeing others do it, it grows our expectation. In-turn we start looking for God more and we start stepping out in expectant/pregnant faith, we see more.

Also as we allow more of this new reformation into our hearts and minds, we come into agreement with where God is at and with the mixture of this and the expectant faith, our Lord can now rubber stamp our position with approval in showing Himself strong on our behalf. We can’t expect God to approve our message or our position if it is not in line with His Word and His will. The more we become into alignment with God as a body, the more we will see.

I believe as God finds more and more who accept this new reformation – people who will carry His Kingdom banner and not the banner of the Association’s of Pastors and Teachers (the Pharisee’s and Scribes) more new wine will run. I know it sounds harsh and I’m not against anyone who has recieved that gifting, but if we contrast the Kingdom of the Pastors against the Kingdom of God. we find the contrast quite stark.

    Pastors God
    Position/Title Gift
    Give under compulsion Give cheerfully
Rule over the people Submit to one another
Only one who can preach Everyone bring something
    Committees Holy Spirit led
Buildings and budgets House to house
    Bank accounts Sharing

    Be blessed

  31. Sorry that did not come out clearly

    Pastors – God
    Position/Title – Gift
Give under compulsion – Give cheerfully
Rule over the people – Submit to one another
Only one who can preach – Everyone bring something to share
    Committees – Holy Spirit led
Buildings and budgets – House to house
Church Bank accounts – All things in common

  32. Andrew May 19th 2016

    “Expectancy” is a great word.

It is absolutely what is growing around the world. Faith and expectancy.

    Thankyou Jesus!!

  33. Bob Brown May 19th 2016

I agree with Dan about the hardness in some areas. Jesus Himself could not do many miracles because of their unbelief.

We MUST preach the Word first. Jesus said though they see one raised from the dead they would not believe IF they don’t believe in Moses (The Word). Only the Spirit knows when signs are necessary to help convict a sinner to believe and receive Christ.

We MUST lift up Jesus by first allowing Him to indwell and abide within us. Without Him we can do nothing. Therefore all the glory goes to Him. Without Christ indwelling us there will be NO fruit. Jesus said, “The Father in Me doth the works.” Glory to God! -John 15

  34. David Marsh May 19th 2016

Indeed, ‘why the sudden jump in healings?’ Some really good answers here, and yes we ought to jump on board with God’s programme – no questions asked.

But perhaps Mr Ben Baruch can offer us a reasonable explanation. He contends that the 62 plus 7 weeks, (he agrees with Sir Isaac Newton’s observation – a keen end time student) is a dual prophecy pointing to the arrival of Jesus as Prince and messiah. Jesus was born at the 62 week mark. The separate 7 weeks points to a later 49 year period (7×7) which represents the time between the second restoration of Jerusalem (1967-68), as the capital of Israel to the second restoration of the nation, which was prophesied to occur at the end of the age.
The timing would occur during Sabbatical/Jubilee years. Thus 2017 is a Sabbatical year and 2018 is the Jubilee year.

The birth of the Man child, will preceed his Public entrance just like Jesus did not publicly appear until He was 30. Not many Christians understand that the initial return and appearance of Christ will be IN his called out ones.

    Food for thought,

    God bless

    David Marsh

  35. David Marsh May 19th 2016

I for one, agree that Torben Sondergaard is being used mightily by God to birth the end time army Book of Acts church. Many others will add to what he is already doing.
This is not about Torben, by the way, it is about launching or ‘kickstarting’ the real end time church, which is what Torben is doing.
The foundation is simply being laid, the rest will follow.

When God launched Wigglesworth and many others during the early 20th Century He had to perform quite a few Permissive Will healings through the young shocked Smith Wigglesworth to ‘kickstart’ him.
After that Wigglesworth gradually learned to listen to the Holy Spirit and when he finally began to be led by the Holy Spirit – that’s when God really began to work through Him with amazing miracles.

God has just begun a work, we just need to jump on board His programme.

    God bless

    David Marsh

  36. Go ye into all nations and preach the gospel
heal the sick, feed the poor ,
though we be poor yet making many rich
and yet we are rich according to faith and not
what we lack in this world.
all who believe shall be saved and they who believe not
    shall be damned.
The increase of healing is due also to the need
of the world to hear the gospel
as we shall not fear what man can do unto us.
this increase of healing is also to bring back
the lost even in the church
the weak , to become strong in faith
the lame in faith as well, to be strong in faith.
and in part to get us so Christ minded
so as we can do all things through him by faith
    towards GOD,
for a time is and is to come upon us
wherein a great tribulation will come.
as the world gets ever darker
the LIGHT within us will shine only brighter
those who refuse the LIGHT of Christ will only
    grow darker in darkness
and those who hear the word
of reconciliation , the word by which if a man
does hear and DO, receive and act
HE will see and arise from the dead
and good works will follow Him
and HOLY as our LORD shall they be
for in HIM we learn to walk HOLY and in all things
be righteous by HIM and IN He alone
    we have righteousness.
a very troublesome time is ahead,
but remember…………..GOD will work the evil
done unto us by men of this world
to sharpen our faith, to strengthen the inner man
to make ready a church to withstand all things
which come against it and all for HIS SAKE
    and all unto HIS GLORY.
a persecuted church is a not a beaten church,
though it be beaten, persecuted, chastened
    and many killed.
IT is not defeated……..it is made ONLY STRONGER
and its joy will only increase,
as all things that come against it
will only strengthen it , and the LORD is with us
and HE has given us all power to defeat all evil.
so fear not what is coming and soon will strike the land.
FOR GOD does work all things together for our good.
not even in the darkest times ahead……
a persecuted church is a church that follows CHRIST
and learns obedience by which it suffers.
and fear not man, whose breath is in his nostrils
and can only kill the body
FEAR HE who gave man that breath. amen.

I’m not sure if there is a jump in healings or just a jump in people stepping out of their comfort levels in churches to pray for someone who does not attend their church or home group. Praying for the sick is kind of new for most church goers; because most are only used to praying for people in their churches and the praying is usually done by the pastor or one of the leaders not the lay people. I would say that most lay people in churches are not used to praying for people in the streets. Nor are they used to seeing lay people like them praying for people in the streets and seeing them get healed. So now through technology Christians are seeing ordinary lay people like them heal people in the streets. Seeing this is encouraging ordinary church people throughout the world to step out in faith and go out onto the streets to pray for the sick. The sick are getting healed to the amazement of the believers that prayed the prayer of healing for the first time in their life.
Most not all believers who have started praying for people outside of their church have never exercised their faith to heal anyone inside or outside their churches. This is why I don’t know if there is a jump in healing or just a jump in more people stepping out and acting out their faith to heal people.
Camera’s videos and technology are making this more known to the sleeping church like never before and waking them up to something they can do that they never thought they could do before. After 35 years of evangelistic work as a layman in the streets, parks, restaurants, and mission trips into Mexico & South America. I am more than excited to see the sleeping church wake up to this in America. I thank God technology is being used for the good on this.

  38. What sort of follow ups are going on, months after these reports, to check these are genuine healings from God and not temporary spiritual phenomonia from another source?
In 2011 there was a supposed outbreak of a vast array of supposed healings in Cwynbran Wales and people traveled from miles away to visit… months later they had only 1 testimony of an actually healing that lasted the test of time.

  39. I hope that woman you prayed for, in the video, was healed by God, though, but keep in touch with her so you can report back in 2 months time to let us know what happens with her by then. As in physically v that healing and spiritually as in what she then believes. A healing by another spirit can lead to New Age beliefs following on from that spirits influence.
*** Not long ago God gave me a prophecy, see
…that revealed one of the enemies strategies was to have two types of deception… 1) that we are aware of on this site…2) a much more subtle and convincing version to catch out the more knowledgeable Christians.
Now we know the devil can heal and do miracles… so we all need to seek discernment and a witness in the Spirit to such moves not just rely on our minds in testing such things. The other thing is to test the teachings that under gird such moves against scripture because God doesn’t raise up anyone teaching error if teaching is a major part of their ministry. So find out what that person teaches too.***

  40. P.S the Cwynbran Fellowship ended up with a load of “prophetic” coincidences that caused them to change their views so they ended up linking with US Toronto influenced ministries. And they started out very sound.. 4 months of work by a false revival spirit and fake temporary healings tho and they were drawn into the major stream of deception too. And all who were initially encouraged by their reports were left disillusioned and even more discouraged.

  41. When you make a stand and start teaching people, one thing you MUST do – that is to be transparent and open for discussion.
Unless Andrew is avoiding to answer e-mails, this seems pretty much pointless.
And yeah, just to remind you all – it’s STILL about Jesus, not about some odd monkey business.

  42. I wrote “unless”, when I supposed to write ‘if’, so that you know.

  43. Andrew May 19th 2016

If we were not open for discussion, we would not have this comments section. This is the place to ask questions and make comments.

And yes, Steve, we are still in touch with Pam who got healed and she is still praising Jesus for His amazing healing in her life. We plan to do a follow-up video when we next see her.

    Bless you!

Revival is about changed hearts, both of the church and new converts. It’s good to have miracles, but as I’m sure we would all agree that the real test of revival is in changed hearts. Signs are to follow the preaching of the gospel, it is still about the gospel….salvation and holiness. And being prepared for the return of our Lord. So if there are changed hearts accompanying this move, then I would consider it something to rejoice in.

David Marsh…..it does say the morning star will arise in our hearts and that He will be glorified IN His people…..I believe we will see a latter rain outpouring and the balance still to come on the earnest of the Holy Spirit at some point, and I saw great glory upon the persecuted church………but ALSO I believe that Jesus will return visibly just as He ascended visibly and at that time we will receive incorruptible bodies and will ascend to meet Him in the air. The Spirit AND the Bride say come, there is something to that.

Interesting what you say about 2017/18….recently I had a dream of a dark haired child sitting in a high chair, he was looking around as though hoping some would notice him but the people were busy with other things and had their backs turned to him. I picked him up and held him in my arms and a feeling of wonderful fulfillment came, a feeling of my empty arms being filled, and that feeling stayed with me most of the day………..in the dream I somehow knew the child was 1 and a half years old……..later I receive an impression that his age was speaking of this being fulfilled in 1 and half years……I wasn’t sure if the dream was personal or meant for the church. Well, time will tell. It’s funny though because I have always been leery of time frames in prophecy and dreams. But if anyone has any insight into that dream, I would be glad to hear it.

  45. Andrew May 19th 2016

All I know, Watchful, is that we are in very exciting days and God is moving swiftly.

I have had others pinpoint 2017-18 as something special also.

So we have to be prepared and praying…

    Bless you!

  46. Yes, God is definitely opening everything up for the gospel right now as never before. Healings are starting to take place everywhere (and cessationists are being shaken). Even satanists are turning to God. And most notable of all, Muslims are suddenly amazingly open to hearing the gospel and being prayed for. We are seeing this in Melbourne in a big way (and I know it is happening in other cities), and I have heard personal reports from missionaries of literally hundreds of Muslims seeing visions of Jesus (so those Internet reports about this or that Muslim coming to Christ after a dream or vision or conviction from reading of the Quran are just the tip of the iceberg). God is magnificently extending His mercy during this time of “last opportunity.”

  47. Andrew May 20th 2016

Let me say in addition that if people do not get involved in what God is doing in this “beginning” phase, I believe it will be difficult to enter into the ‘later’ stuff.

There is a progression here. So when you see God moving, jump aboard.

    Bless you!

Cameron – what a great report.

  49. Where does everyone stand on medical certificates and miracle healings?

Personally I think they are a great idea. It makes it hard for the grifters and delusional to gain any credibility and consistantly providing medical certificates will nurture credibility in the eyes of the sinners and the media.

It also shows doctors that a faith healer takes their patients needs and welfare seriously. It will seperate the wheat from the tares among faith healers.

I realise medical certificates are not always practical to get, especially in places like remote villages but they are harder to ridicule away than miracle healings. They would also seperate the shepherds from the wolves in sheeps clothing.

  50. Andrew May 20th 2016

    Good idea, Rick

It is often not that easy to do at the time unless there is a doctor around. But a very good thought

    Bless you!

  51. During the Christmas New year period I experienced healing from heart disease. The amazing thing about this is my heart specialist said, “I’m giving you a clean bill of health.” That was late January this year.

In answer to the question I am seeing a new level of expectancy. Many are rising up believing that this is normal for the Christian life, though I must warn you that I am also seeing many false doctrines associated with it particularly as people rise up against the institutionalised church. Many bad claims are being made and need to be addressed.

Sometimes it seems to me that God is pouring out a special grace on his church but then I wonder if this is more so than he has offered at any point in the gospel’s history. Certainly a groundswell of believers are discovering that they do not need to complain abut the lack of miracles in their churches because God will use them to perform them. This is the believer priesthood that I have believed in and preached from my youth. Something that is foundational in the teaching of Torben Sondergard, and may also have been in Andrew’s own, though I have not been aware of it.

The truth is that many are finding that “these signs will follow them that BELIEVE” and not them that are ordained only. What is ordination anyway? Is it of men, or of God?

God is always the same and never changes so I think it is honest to assume that the discovery is leading to new levels of faith in those who believe. In 1981 I told a friend that we would see the power of the Holy Spirit manifest in sixes and sevens [numbers and groups of people found in one place, all experiencing the power of God flowing from them] I specifically said these would be “ordinary saints”, if there is such a thing, and not recognised healing evangelists, although they may be needed from time to time to equip the saints to the work. You will not convince me that you are of the five-fold ministry if you are not equipping others to the work of the body: the believer priesthood as it were.

So let us who are able equip the church – the living temple to the work of the ministry and this will continue.

By-the-way forget specialised gifts such as “intercessor”, “mercy giver”, etc. In fact throw away that book “Know Your Spiritual Gifts” by Peter Wagner and begin following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. You will be better for it.

Acts chapter 4 tells us that the lame was healed by FAITH IN THE NAME OF JESUS. Ask for this faith and practise it, and go out and lay hands on the sick preaching repentance and faith. Yes, you too can see the sick healed as you lay hands on them.

  52. I want to add that I’m really excited and am dying to fulfil every opportunity to tell everyone that God so loved the world that he gave his only Son and to take you through the cross to show the mighty, delivering power of Jesus who took all our pains and sicknesses yes, by whose stripes we are healed; while calling all to repentance and faith. I think these are good days for it and I encourage you all to receive the Holy Spirit and go out and be witnesses to him.

  53. Andrew May 20th 2016

    Well said, Llewellyn.

Especially in saying that the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST must be glorified through all this in the greatest possible way.

    Truly crucial

    Bless you!

  54. Thanks Andrew. I guess I need to explain my idea a bit more. I am suggesting that anyone that gets a miracle healing is asked to go to their own gp, not a doctor that doesn’t know their medical history.

If a doctor that knows their history gives them a clean bill of health then it will stand up to sinners scrutiny. Even better if a clean bill of health with a medial certificate comes from their own specialist.

If you can win a sinners scrutiny it is a lot easier to talk them into sensible ideas. Medical certificates that pass scrutiny will reach a lot of people. A lot more effectively for God’s Kingdom than testemonies of miracle healings that can not be proven.

I remember a scripture about Jesus telling someone healed of leprosy to present himself to the temple priests for their scrutiny. Something to do with the law. The guy didn’t do what Jesus asked him to but it was a good idea.

There are stories all over the internet about people being told they have been healed by God and refusing to see their doctors or take their medication. They are encouraged by their friends to trust God and that seeing their specialist is lack of faith and trust in God. They refuse medical assistance even wnen it kills them or their children.

Medical certificates tick all the boxes.

  55. David marsh May 20th 2016

    Hi Watchful,
Your dream certainly rings true to me as a night vision given to you by the Lord. I can only surmise what He was saying to you – by the timing and symbolism that He was used in this vision.
The topic of Man child (fully matured (Christ – man)) is certainly coming to the fore now. The timing of 2018 and the wonderful presence within your arms – could have something to do with our being God’s Hands (and feet) for Him in the coming out pouring.
We have to keep in context that God is working toward building His 144,000 team members to be used in the final 3 1/2 year conflict. And so in this regard Torben’s work can be seen as laying the basic foundation.

God definitely wants to raise up an end time army of Christ – man/woman soldiers. Who will follow Him where ever He directs them to go.

Watchful, if you will spend time with God asking Him to reveal more detail on what He has spoken to. I am sure that this will bear fruit. After all, it is you who he has spoken to. I am certainly looking forward to what else He has to say to you about this.

This also lines up with the last 2 times God has spoken to me in much the same way. In December 2015 (the 5th) God awoke me at about 3am and impressed upon me mightily His Holy Spirit Presence in the form of a solid slab coming down and into the earth. I knew that He was absolutely KEEN to do this. to rush down and perform that which will heal.
Then again in early Feb 2016 again at 3am and even larger representaion of His holy Spirit as a solid slab coming down to us to work through us. The KNOWING of His REALITY and His PRESENCE was unmistakable during the vision.
Both were brief visions but God repeated His message and then Andrew announce why the sudden jump in healings.

God is announcing that NOW is the time. He is moving NOW in any servant who will go out into the streets and believe He will heal.

It is time NOW for all of us to go out and enter in to what God wants us to do.
What exactly will happen in 2018. Not sure, but I am certain it will be very good for those who are answering God’s call.

    God bless

    David Marsh

  56. watchful May 20th 2016

Thank you for your thoughts David. The solid slab I believe represents the Holy Spirit MANIFESTING things on the earth, becoming visible, solid. It reminds me of when I was praying the other night, and cried out for the Lord to send His Spirit to help me, and He did and I saw (in the spirit) something that looked like a white rectangle over my abdomen and shortly after seemed to receive some deliverance. I’m not sure exactly what, but I know my Lord, and it will be tested and then I will know if or what I’ve received. Our God is no fool, but He tests the works to see if it will stand at all or if it still needs more work etc…to know it by its fruit. But the white rectangle seems similar to your solid slab….doesn’t the Lord work in mysterious ways, because I had never seen or heard anything like that before.

  57. ValleyAnt May 20th 2016

Hi, Watchful. I’m intrigued by your dream. We so need more Christians with gifts of interpretation of dreams, visions, and puzzles. Meanwhile, I’ll make a go at it.

The Lord has shown me and a Christian friend several dreams and visions in just the past two weeks, and I believe that He wants to acquaint us to praying for the understanding of the visions and the interpretations of the dreams. I therefore believe that whoever has dreams and visions should pray for the gift of interpreting/understanding spiritual puzzles (to cover dreams, visions, and spiritual mysteries) as well, just like the one with the gift of tongues should pray for interpretation.

This is the only interpretation I received while looking at your dream (check this with the Lord, and He will make clear if it is or isn’t correct):

1.) The dark-haired child is a remnant of Christians. (I don’t want to say ‘THE remnant’ as different things can be meant by that. I know he is ‘A remnant’ of believers.) He is dark-haired because he’s ‘a dark horse’ and is currently viewed as unimportant (like the black sheep of a family) and completely overlooked (invisible to others).

2.) He was in a high chair because though no one knew or noticed him, the Lord sees and knows him and set him in that ‘high chair’ or high place: “Though the LORD is exalted, He takes note of the humble; but He knows the proud afar off” (Isa.38:6). In Isa. 6, Isaiah said, “I saw the Lord, seated on a throne, high and lifted up; and the train of His robe filled the temple.” The Lord has seated this child likewise in ‘a high chair’– a high place with Him– and has ‘lifted him up’ though no one knows it yet and only see his high chair as that of a toddler: “Because he has set his love upon Me,” says the Lord, “therefore I will rescue him. I will set him on high because he has known My name” (Ps. 91).

3.) Hoping someone would notice him pertains to what the Lord has put in him and what he has to offer; he knows his value to the Kingdom and has been looking around, hoping someone would take note of him too; but like David and many others throughout history, God has hidden His treasure in him (this remnant) in such a way that only the humble (the right people who won’t misuse or abuse it) will find it: “We have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves” (2Cor. 4:7).

4.) He was a child because he also symbolizes ‘beginnings’ and ‘foundations’. He also symbolizes the things that are first in God’s eyes, not necessarily people’s eyes (children are not exactly of great import to most people, and many Christians find ‘ministry’ more important than the so-called mundane and simple things in life which to God are the primary things).

5.) The people were both busy which means they were tending to things and ministry they found more pressing or important than the child. They also had their backs turned to the child which means that he was not important to them and didn’t factor into the things they consider important in life.

6.) You saw and ‘took the child in’ to your arms, because you have eyes to see and recognized his importance/value.

7.) Holding him, you had a feeling of fulfillment, a feeling of your empty arms being filled. This speaks of fulfillment or completion. This child is a fulfillment (promise) of many promises God has made to many for years. This child seems to be ‘a habitation for the Lord’ and will be a fulfillment to many who have waited for the(ir) promise: “He satisfies the thirsty soul, and the hungry soul He fills with good things” (Ps. 107:9). This child seems to be similar or a mirror to what Zechariah prophesied of Jesus at John’s birth: “Blessed is the Lord God of Israel, for He has visited and redeemed His people… as He spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets…” (Read Lk. 1:68-79).

8.) I believe his age of 1 1/2 years old does speak about timing, but that’s actually where I’m least clear and don’t know if it’s timing in years.

9.) God showed him to you as a child because he is a child: ‘worldly people and Christians’ see him as ‘just a child’, without real value in the grand scheme of things, and immature. But God sees him as a child also but in a different light: humble, teachable, and having simple faith in God. The world disapproves of him and lightly esteems him, but God approves him and highly esteems him. Therefore, God has hidden and protected His treasure in ‘a child’ sitting in what those without seeing eyes see as a simple ‘child’s high chair’, because He knew His treasure in such a vessel would be overlooked by thieves and the wrong people (just as treasure in clay vessels would be overlooked by the wrong people) and would therefore remain safe.

10.) The dream is about God’s destiny in ‘a remnant’ and concerns the churches, the Church, and the world.

Tell me if the Lord bears witness to you of any of these.

  58. ValleyAnt May 20th 2016

David Marsh said to ‘jump on the Torben bandwagon’ with “no questions asked.” I disagree. God allows us to test even Him, so to not test a human being or an angel is not wise.

Steve Dobbs wrote: “Not long ago God gave me a prophecy… that revealed one of the enemies strategies was to have two types of deception… 1) that we are aware of on this site… 2) a much more subtle and convincing version to catch out the more knowledgeable Christians… We all need to seek discernment and a witness in the Spirit to such moves not just rely on our minds in testing such things. The other thing is to test the teachings that under gird such moves against scripture.” I agree and know that this will happen and is happening. The signs on the road (ie. miracles and healings) should not distract us from our destination to which they point (ie. God Himself).

The Bereans tested ‘the great apostle’ Paul’s doctrine before receiving him, and Paul said that even if an angel from God’s Heaven (not a fallen angel) brought a doctrine that doesn’t accord with the truth, our attitude should be, “Let him be accursed!” And we would be in agreement with God’s attitude on the matter. I’ve watched a few things by Torben so far, and I haven’t yet received that witness that says, “This thing is from the Lord.” Doesn’t mean He isn’t in it somewhere; but the sense that I get is that “something isn’t right.” When a thing is “from the Lord” (ie. when the Lord is the One in the driver’s seat as with those who were swallowed in the Fire of Pentecost), ministers don’t need to hype up a crowd or anyone; but I have definitely seen Torben and those ministering with him not only hyping up the people but also suddenly becoming ‘experts’ in spiritual things. “Learn from Me,” Jesus said, “because I am gentle and HUMBLE in heart.” It is pride that presumes to teach as if “I can heal people” necessarily comes with “I understand all knowledge and mysteries.” But again, “Judge nothing before the time (pass no final sentence on a matter), until the Lord comes (until the Lord Himself gives HIS judgment)” (1Cor. 4:5). This is why it’s important to test the spirits AND test all things against God’s Word.

Andrew Strom, I’ve thought this for a long time and don’t know if I’ve said it before but want to say it now: are you sure that you aren’t so zealous to see revival that you are vulnerable to denying ‘strange doctrines’ and things that are not biblical or of God in order to feel that you have seen the fulfillment of so many prophecies and promises? David went seeking the Ark to bring it back to Jerusalem. He had the right Ark and was rejoicing before the right God… but he wasn’t doing things the right way, therefore, there was a casualty. Is this what is happening with Torben’s movement? Is he trying to carry God’s glory on an oxcart rather than giving it to ‘the Levites’ to do so? Many people run ahead of God and He runs with them; but He is looking for people who will walk with and follow Him, not those He has to follow. Test all things; reject the bad, but hold on to the good.

  59. ValleyAnt May 20th 2016

David Marsh, I just saw your comment to Watchful. I’d stopped at Watchful’s dream to respond and when I saw your response thought that you had already given an interpretation. I agree with what you said about the ‘Man-Child’. I hated to be so bold in the interpretation and rather than saying, “This child is the Lord in a body of believers”, I said with more caution, “This child seems to be ‘a habitation for the Lord’.” I believe he indeed symbolizes the Lord or a Body for or habitation for the Lord. I see IN this child the prophecies about Jesus in Lk. 1 (“He has visited and redeemed His people”) and 2 (“this Child is destined for the fall and rising of many”) and the Lord in him as well.

  60. watchful May 20th 2016

Thank you for sharing your understanding of the dream Valleyant, tears in my eyes from a lot of what you wrote. Scriptures that I believe apply are:

Psalm 131:2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.

(a child in a high chair is weaned off mother’s milk and now eating solid food, and yes, seated in heavenly places.)

Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Your cautions are well taken I believe brother. It can be a temptation if a ministry becomes too well-known….they can begin to become conscious of needing to keep up a reputation…….better to just keep things in humble simplicity, like a child, and be of no reputation. If any has a gift like healing, then go and do it, but be like Jesus who said see that you don’t tell anyone…….He shunned the limelight as much as possible and kept things simple and humble and glorified the Father.

  61. watchful May 20th 2016

I hope this isn’t presumptuous, I only want to share some lessons I learned from a previous move of God, and trying to get hold of what is pleasing to the Lord. I think it’s always good to remind one another of His ways and truth, and I know how easy it is when we are focused on one aspect to forget other things….that is the finiteness of human nature, and so reminders are always good.

One very important thing to remember in a move of God is that what we are still to hunger and thirst for is righteousness….that’s what it means to want more of Jesus in our life, His Spirit, His lovely nature, not just to feel good in His presence……but His righteousness. Not to neglect our own salvation but keep working it out with fear and trembling. Jesus told His disciples not to rejoice that the demons obeyed them but to rejoice that their names are written in the Lamb’s book of Life.

Miracles are normal with God, we must be careful not to ever put gifts or any of the things of God that can be seen above God who is not seen, nor to seek things of God more than the Lord Himself and His will. The things of God belong to God…. they are our inheritance but for HIS glory….. they are HOLY…..don’t stretch out our hands of clay to touch His holy ark or it will become to us a cursing instead of a blessing. Fear the Lord, be sober minded, be thankful for what He is doing and in awe of Him, but at the same time consider miracles as a normal part of the gospel, which they are. Never forgetting that the most important miracle of all is when a soul is converted from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light.

When the Lord is moving……..it tests our hearts. When His Spirit pours out on good ground it will produce a good crop, but when it pours out on bad ground the same rain also feeds the thorns and thistles and they also grow up and flourish. So fear the LORD with a holy fear, looking to Jesus always, and how He walked and what He said.

    Hebrews 6:7-9
For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

  62. Andrew May 20th 2016

In answer to your questions, Torben’s movement is indeed an “imperfect” movement. I have stated all along that this is not the “Reformation” that I have prophesied.

But it is a good stepping-stone toward it. In fact, you could say a “VITAL” stepping stone. And thousands of people around the world are being impacted in a powerful way by God through it.

There is more coming – a lot more – as God continues to work. He is the one in charge, after all.

    Bless you!

    Andrew Strom
