    Lovely picture Andrew.

I am only an unregenerate Gentile, but just to thrwo two cents in :

Looking out my window in the past,I have seen a man, woman and children riding together on bicycles ; I assume it was a family ; I thought it was a lovely illustration of togetherness and familyhood ; teamness as it were.

From time to time there is debate over technical points of no or little PRACTICAL importance among believers, much gnat-straining (and alas, much doctrinal-camel swallowing !). And yet,FAMILYHOOD and the use of the TONGUE (written and spoken words (which are both matters of tremendous PRACTICAL importance),seem to remain incarcerated between two black leather Bible covers.

In Titus,Paul calls older women to teach younger women how to keep house (why do women see such tasks as inferior ?),and of course,’Jacob’ (not James !) talks about RUDDEROLOGY.

I hope that sometime soon a tremendous book is written by a godly older woman, for younger women,on how to turn the family home into an agape hothouse where those who visit are impacted by the agape-warmth and character beauty of those who dwell under that chimney.

I hope Andrew, that in 2013 and on,you will make RUDDEROLOGY something of primary importance (it is so good to see you are into truly trinitarian,industrial-strength evangelism, and HOLY God-honoring behavior among disciples (you may be ‘my find of 2012’ !).

Andrew, may you, your wife and children,ALL be wonderfully fruitful agape-soldiers of Messiah Jeses ; who are instrumental in helping many many others to finish up walking on gold (in the new Jerusalem).

Just a suggestion, but when it comes to PRACTICAL holiness,I know no book outside Holy Scripture that weighs more on the scales than this one ; do endeavor, one and all,to read it very, very soon :

Messiah Jesus ; not Messiah Jeses !
(and I should have put ‘James’ in quote marks ; not Jacob !

  3. Blessings to you and your family Andrew.

My goodness, Andrew; six children! What a blessing! May your children be for you “like arrows in the hand of a warrior” and “like olive plants all around your table” (Ps. 127, 128). Amen. “Blessed is the man who has his quiver full of them!” God bless you and your wife, your family and all your friends. Amen.

  28. That is a lovely photo of your family. ( including yourself of course ). A wholesome and “fair dinkum” (as the Aussies would put it!) looking family indeed. Praise God for Godly families. All the Best for Christmas and for the New Year…With Blessings, Love and His shalom upon you all.

    A scripture:
    Psalm 127:3 -5:
Laboring and Prospering with the Lord:
” Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord,
The fruit of the womb is a reward.
4.Like arrows in the hand of a warrior,
So are the children of one’s youth.
    5. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them;
    They shall not be ashamed,
But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.”

  29. A blessed Christmas Season to the Strom family from the Ravens in Elmira, NY.
